How it behaves in the disposer

Biscuits: plenty of starch, which in water turns into a sticky paste. A few turns in the chamber are enough: the grind comes out fine and leaves with the cold water. They crumble and dissolve in water within seconds. If they are chocolate-coated, a little extra water helps carry them away. Beyond that, it is one of the scraps a disposer deals with every day.
