Choose how you want to lose the bin.

Every model makes the same promise: leftovers disappear down the sink. The catalogue is split into three lines — EC, SR and LC — and within each line the grinding stages, power and quietness change. The higher you go, the finer the grind and the quieter the kitchen.

The range

EC line

The four EC models are the range we keep in our price list: from the two grinding stages of the 550 to the four of the 1000 — the higher you go, the finer the grind and the quieter the kitchen.

The range

SR line

The SR series is the one InSinkErator currently presents for the Italian market: the same grinding stages, an integrated air switch in three finishes and a longer warranty once the product is registered. The 460 SR has a list price; for the other SR models we quote the price in the estimate.

Choose your model

Two steps, no promises.

The first step looks at how you use your kitchen and narrows the range down. The second looks at where the appliance would go and tells you what to check first. It gives no yes or no on feasibility: that comes from the address.

Step 1 — How you use your kitchen

People in the household
How much you cook
What matters most
Space under the sink

To see the result we still need:

  • how many people live in the house
  • how much you cook
  • what matters most to you

Step 2 — Where it would be installed

The municipality where the appliance would be installed.

Drain
Power socket under the sink
Preferred control
Dishwasher draining into the sink waste

To see the result we still need:

  • the town where it would be installed
  • where the sink drains to

Comparison

Every model, side by side.

How to choose

Start from the intended use: it tells you how many people it suits and how intensively it is meant to be used. Then look at stages and power: more stages and a more powerful motor mean a finer grind, hard and fibrous scraps handled with ease and a quieter kitchen.

Every model connects to the standard 90 mm (3-1/2") sink waste and has the Easy Clean baffle. Lift & Latch mounting is on every EC model and on the SR models, the 460 SR aside; the air switch is included on all domestic models — chrome on the EC models and the 460 SR, and chrome, brushed steel or matt black on the other SR models. Indicative price for the product only. The VAT-included price comes first, the net price excluding VAT below it. Shipping is not included: delivery is calculated separately and shown in the quote, together with installation where needed.
