Right of withdrawal
In short
If you are a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you receive the product.
How to withdraw
You can withdraw in two ways, both valid:
- by email to daniele@lantierimpianti.it or by certified email (PEC) to daniele@pec.lantierimpianti.it, with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw;
- with the form below, sent to either of the same addresses.
Your withdrawal is on time if you send it before the 14 days expire. We confirm receipt by email.

How to return the product
Within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, ship the product to LantierImpianti di Daniele Lantieri & C. S.n.c., Via C. Guzzi 1, 20054 Segrate (MI), Italy. Return shipping costs are borne by you.
Pack the product carefully, with all accessories and the manual, ideally in the original box. When it arrives we photograph the product and the packaging, so the condition of the return is documented.
How much we refund
- Product still sealed: full refund.
- Product opened, but returned intact, with all parts and in the original box: full refund. Opening the box to check the product is your right.
- Product with missing parts, without the original box, installed or used: partial refund. We deduct the loss in value of the product compared with a new, complete one (art. 57(2) of the Italian Consumer Code). A disposer that has ground food waste cannot be resold as new, and in that case the loss in value can be substantial. Before refunding we tell you in writing the amount deducted and the reason, with the photos.
Our advice: if you are unsure about the model, write to us before installing it.
Refund timing and method
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal: the price paid and the standard delivery costs. The refund is made by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or until you show us you have shipped it, whichever comes first.
Supply with installation in Milan and its province
If you buy supply with installation from us, on quotation, you have 14 days to withdraw from the conclusion of the contract.
If you ask us to install before the 14 days have passed, you confirm this in writing in the quotation. In that case:
- if you withdraw after the work has started, you pay for the part of the work already done;
- once installation is complete, withdrawal from the installation service is no longer possible;
- for the appliance, the rules in «How much we refund» apply: an installed and used disposer is refunded net of its loss in value.
You can also choose to schedule the installation after the 14 days: in that case your right of withdrawal stays in full until installation.
