Who handles service
Service on InSinkErator disposers in Italy, in and out of warranty, is handled by RiEko, the official distributor. To open a request, use RiEko's service form:
In Milan and its province
Home visits in Milan and its province are carried out by us, on RiEko's behalf: the advantage of having an authorised installer nearby who knows the appliances and the plumbing.
If you bought from us
As the seller we are responsible for the legal guarantee of conformity: two years from delivery. If you bought from us, you can write to us at any time and we will tell you how to proceed. On top of this comes the manufacturer's warranty, with the length shown on each model's page: the extra years are obtained by registering the product within 60 days of purchase. If we install it, we register it for you.

What to have at hand
- The model and serial number, on the disposer's label.
- The purchase date and proof of purchase.
- If you can, a photo or a short video of the problem: it helps to understand straight away what is going on.
