Shipping

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Italy. We do not ship to Livigno, Campione d'Italia, San Marino or Vatican City, which are outside the ordinary customs or tax territory. Delivery to smaller islands may take longer.

Timing

We ship within 5 working days of receiving your bank transfer. We check product availability before sending you the order confirmation; if a product should nonetheless be unavailable, we tell you straight away, as set out in the Terms of sale. You receive the tracking number by email.

Costs

Shipping costs depend on the product and the destination, and are shown in the order confirmation, before payment.

On delivery

Check the number of parcels and that the packaging is intact in front of the courier. If the packaging is damaged, sign «with specific reservation» stating the damage (for example «box crushed on one side») and write to us within 3 days with a few photos. This does not limit your warranty rights.

Failed delivery

If the courier does not find you, they leave a notice and try again according to their own rules. If the parcel is returned because it was not collected, we contact you; the cost of a new shipment is borne by you.
