How it works
- Choose the model and send the order request, with the delivery address and the installation address, if different.
- We reply by email with the confirmation: the total (product and shipping), delivery times, terms of sale and information on withdrawal; we ask for your invoicing details.
- You pay by bank transfer. The order ships once we receive the payment.
- We ship by courier anywhere in Italy and send you the tracking number.
Take back my old disposer
You can ask for it in your order request: take-back is free, one for one. How it works: WEEE page.
Prices
Prices on the model pages include VAT; shipping is added and shown in the confirmation. For the SR line the price is on request: we include it in our reply.
Installation
In Milan and its province we supply and install, on quotation: see «Installation in Milan». Elsewhere in Italy installation is not included: it must be carried out by a professional following the manual in the box. Where possible, we suggest an installer in your area.
