How it behaves in the disposer

Grapes: the disposer is on home ground here, because soft pulp gives way at once. A few turns in the chamber are enough: the grind comes out fine and leaves with the cold water. The grapes grind easily. The stems, however, are woody and go in the food waste bin: pull them off before putting leftovers in the sink. Beyond that, it is one of the scraps a disposer deals with every day.
